Our structured educational CM workshops ‘teach staff to fish’, providing them with new or increased core marketing capabilities. The workshops include a knowledge transfer session, and a participatory brainstorming session during which people put their newfound CM knowledge into practice on test case projects and receive expert guidance and evaluation. The point is to develop new skills and know why, with whom and when to apply them for business advantage.

Our CM campaign planning and management services are provided at a tactical implementation level on a project-by-project basis. They include: specialist project planning, development and management with particular emphasis on consumer engagement and participation; customer profiling and recruitment; creative development and implementation advice; results measurement, analysis and reporting.
